Portraits are always a great practice after days of nothing.

Cd Design

So this is a practice at what design skills I have. I Really wanted to pump my portfolio a bit more with graphic design just for a better chance at working. So this idea came from a bunch of photos my friend Jackie took of us apple picking. I will put more up but this is what I have so far.

Old Design Work

Again here's something from my past. This is a product design from my sophomore year of college. of course I did hair dyes. My hair used to be blue and I really do miss it. But its a new me and a new year. I hope you enjoy my old work. I have no clue why I wasn't as proud of it then as I am now. My confidence has returned after a long vacation I suppose. (And also a huge thanks to Jackie Tribou for helping me take photos of my bottles way back when).

Deja-Vu

For the word this week I decided to do use something from my sketch book. It seems every time I draw or try to read a comic I fall asleep. It always feels like deja-vu because it always happens. In this case I showed what happened when my little parrot friend, Sky, is left out. I can never let her out when I work now because she eats all my pencils.

Dinosaur Part 2

So I know this post is very late. I'm not gonna lie, I got lazy and put it off. Collaging makes me very frustrated and painting things I usually don't paint doesn't make it any better. No worries though, I do promise to have at least three illustrations tomorrow and hopefully two the next day. I hope you all enjoy my first attempt at dinosaurs and a galaxy background that took more time to create then its worth.

Resolution

So this is my first post of the new year! Like I promised I'll start off with an Illustration Friday project. I'm sure I could have spent more time and thought over the idea but Ive always had a habit of overworking paintings. Anywayyysss....For the word resolution I always think of my want to eat healthy. Those of you who know me know I have a fairly large sweet tooth. Im sure it wouldn't be uncommon for me to be staring at a cake in a bakery ether.
